Whether we like to admit it or not, other people’s opinions of us really do matter. The opinions we have of ourselves, matters even more. Think about this for a minute. What separates the haves from the have-nots? Nothing, but your own fear and insecurities.

It has been said many times that “Americans love a winner” and that nobody remembers who came in second. The truth is like the joke that goes; this guy was praying to God everyday to win the lottery. After weeks and weeks of prayer the guy asked God why his prayers were going unanswered. God replied; you need to at least meet Me halfway and buy a ticket!

Wishing doesn’t always make it so – not without applied effort. You need to take a gamble on yourself, a leap of faith if you will, and you will learn that the only difference between the haves and the have-nots is the overcoming and mastering of these fears.

Nothing comes your way without effort. I’m from the old school of thought that also teaches that if you didn’t earn it, it won’t mean as much to you as if you did. Expect the same in business. It may take you several attempts before you find just the right combinations of things that work for you. Just because the first couple or so didn’t work out mean that you’re a loser it means you’re a do’er, someone who’s willing to go out on a limb, someone who’s confident in there ability to stand and deliver when things may rise up against you.

These are the real winners – not because they necessarily succeed but because they tried.

Sometimes when starting a new business or venture everyone, at one time or another, will have their fair share of “nay sayers” Just don’t you be one of them! It would be all too easy to say I can’t do this and I can’t do that, but why?

Don’t ever give up or cave in to outside pressures or you will always be asking yourself “what if” and “I wonder”. No one ever looses who honestly tries. If you have a dream or vision for yourself, you owe it to yourself to a least try. In my experience most of the people I know who have been the “nay sayers” are those who have settled for second best or have given up altogether.

Today I want to start my own internet company and compete with the Fortune 100 company’s! Pretty simple statement right? You bet! Why not? Realistically, what do we need? While these examples are but the tip of the iceberg, they’re a good place to start;

• Desire
• Ambition
• Drive
• A willingness to succeed
• The ability to see loss as a stepping stone to success

Internet businesses are great places for people to latch onto their piece of a dream and the only place I know of where you can compete with corporate America equally everyday.

The only thing that can get in your way from realizing the dream is YOU coupled with your uncanny ability to shoot yourself in the foot. We have no enemies in business but ourselves and those nasty little voices we carry around that tell us we’re failures.

I don’t make a practice of using quotes but I stumbled across this one and I found it highly appropriate. The late great football coach Vince Lombardy was asked by a sport reporter about a loss his team had just suffered. The Coach replied; “we didn’t lose, we just ran out of time”

Tell yourself something long enough and you begin to believe it. Have other people tell you something long enough you’ll not only believe it, but you’ll magnify it as well! You do not have to know everything there is to know. Surround yourself with those who can bring to the table an asset that your business needs and one that you do not posses. This worked for Andrew Carnegie and will work equally well for you.

Failure and defeat provide the fire we need to forge our will to achieve success. So rather then let defeat beat us down or call us a loser, embrace it, welcome it as a teacher and then move on never forgetting the lesson learned.

You are only a loser if you believe you’re as loser.

One of the key models for goal achievement is that of cause and effect. This model says that your goal is an effect to be achieved, and your task is to identify and then create the cause that will produce the desired effect, thereby achieving your goal.

Sounds simple enough, right?

However, the main problem with this model is that nearly everyone seriously misunderstands it. And that misunderstanding comes from not knowing what a “cause” really is.

You might assume that the cause of an effect would be a series of physical and mental actions leading up to that effect. Action-reaction. If your goal is to make dinner, then you might think the cause would be the series of preparation steps.

To an outside observer, that certainly appears to be the case. The scientific method would suggest that this is how things work, based on a purely objective observation.

However, within your own consciousness, you know that the series of action steps is not the real cause. The actions are themselves an effect, aren’t they?

What’s the real cause? The real cause is the decision you made to create that effect in the first place. That’s the moment you said to yourself, “Let it be” or “make it so.” At some point you decided to make dinner. That decision may have been subconscious, but it was a still a decision. Without that decision the dinner would never manifest. That decision ultimately caused the whole series of actions and finally the manifestation of your dinner.

Where does that decision arise from? It might arise from your subconscious, or in the case of conscious decisions, it arises from your consciousness. Ultimately your consciousness is the greater power, as it can override subconscious choices once it becomes aware of them.

Missing this very simple distinction has contributed to quite a number of failed goals.

If you want to achieve a goal you’ve set, the most crucial part is to DECIDE to manifest it. It doesn’t matter if you feel it’s outside your control to do so. It doesn’t matter if you can’t yet see how you’ll get from A to B. Most of those resources will come online AFTER you’ve made the decision, not before.

If you don’t understand this simple step, then you will waste a lot of time. Step 1 is to decide. Not to ruminate or to ponder or to ask around and see whether or not you can do it. If you want to start your own business, then decide to make it so. If you want to be married and have a family, then decide to attract a mate. If you want to change careers, then decide to do so.

It blows my mind that people think that something else has to come before the decision. People waste months trying to figure out, “Is this goal possible?” And this makes a lot of sense to do so if you’re at a certain level of consciousness. But all you’re really doing is creating delay, and you’ll simply manifest evidence to suggest that the goal is both possible and not possible. You think doubt in your head, you find doubt in the world.

Time and again I’ve seen evidence that not only people, but the universe itself, can sense a lack of commitment to a goal. Have you ever heard someone tell you about a goal of theirs, and you can just sense how wishy-washy and uncertain they are about it? They say things like, “Well, I’m going to try this and see how it goes. Hopefully it will work out OK.” Is that evidence that a clear decision has been made? Not remotely. Are you going to help this person? Probably not — who wants to waste their time on someone who isn’t committed?

But what happens when you sense total certainty in the other person? Will you help them if they ask for it? You’re far more likely to help a committed person because you can tell they’re eventually going to succeed anyway, and you want to be part of that success. You even feel more energized and motivated yourself to contribute to the success of people who are very clearly committed to a goal that resonates with you and which is genuinely for the greatest good of all.

Don’t you think this process works the same way within your own mind? If your consciousness is divided against itself, do you think it will commit all its internal resources to your goal? Will your subconscious give you all the energy and creativity it possibly could, or will it hold back? Think of your subconscious mind as a multi-tasking computer processor. What percentage of resources will it devote to a task that you’ve told it to execute with the words, “Run this for a little bit and see if it works, but quickly dump it if it seems too difficult?” Now what if you gave that CPU a process labeled, “Run this now?”

The universe itself works on the same principle. Think of it as the superconscious mind. When you’ve made a clear, committed decision, it will open the universal floodgates, bringing you all the resources you need, sometimes in seemingly mysterious or impossible ways.

Whenever you want to set a new goal for yourself, start by setting it. Take the time to become clear about what you want, but then just declare it.

Say to the universe, “Here is the goal. Make it so.”

Do not ask the universe for what you want. Declare it. Don’t ask. This is very similar to prayer, but you are not praying FOR what you want. You are praying WHAT you want. You are simply saying, “Here it is. Make it so.” It is like planting a seed in the ground. You do not say to the ground, “Here is the seed. Please, can you make it grow?” You simply plant the seed, and it will grow as a natural consequence of your planting and tending to it. It is the same with your intentions. Simply plant them. There’s no need to beg.

Intend that your goal manifest in such a manner that is for the greatest good of all. This is very important, as intentions that are created out of fear or a sense of lack will backfire. You may get what you want, but it will yield a bitter aftertaste. Or you may get the exact opposite of what you want. But intentions that are genuinely made for your own good and the greatest good of all will tend to manifest in a positive way.

After I declare my intention, I wait for the resources and synchronicities to arrive. Usually they begin to manifest in 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner. Sometimes these synchronicities appear to be the result of subconscious action. I just happen to notice things that may have been there all along, but now I see them in a new light, and they become resources for me that I never noticed until after I declared my intention. But many times it’s nearly impossible to explain such synchronicities as the result of my own subconscious action, even if I step back and try to look at them purely objectively. Sometimes they come in such unusual avalanches that I can only explain them as the result of superconscious action. On some level the universe itself is aware of my intention and is doing its part to help manifest it. I also find that the more inviting I am of these synchronicities, the more easily they flow. Right now I typically experience about 10 per week on average, and I think that’s because I have many different intentions in the process of manifesting, so there’s a constant flow of resources coming to me.

The mental and physical planning and action steps come later. That’s how I organize the resources that have arrived. Once enough resources have come to me, I can begin to see how they all fit together to achieve the goal. But if the path seems too complicated or difficult and I don’t like what I see, I put out some new intentions to make it the way I want it to be. I declare, “Let it be simpler.” I again wait for the synchronicities to arrive, and a simpler approach becomes clear. Usually for an approach to be simpler, it means I have to get past some personal block within me. I have to grow on some level in order to be able to take advantage of a simpler solution. Or perhaps I have to learn a new skill first. So while it might be simpler, it might also be harder on a personal level. For example, by putting out the intention to do more to help people, I had to develop my communication skills. That makes the goal easier to achieve, but it’s more work up front.

It took me a number of years to be able to trust this approach before I could begin to use it as my default manner of goal achievement. I have to be open to achieving goals in unusual ways sometimes. I get what I intend, but not always what I expect. So when the synchronicities begin dropping me clues, I do not always understand how they’ll be part of the path to the goal. But invariably there’s an intelligence at work, and if I trust it, it will work just fine. Usually it will bring me new information first, so I can raise my own awareness and knowledge to the level required to achieve the goal.

For example, if I you declare your goal to become wealthier, within a few days you might see all sorts of synchronicities related to spirituality. They may seem to have nothing to do with wealth whatsoever. So you figure it’s just a coincidence, and the approach isn’t working. But the approach is sound, and it is working. Most likely it’s a signal that the path to wealth first requires you to improve your consciousness. This is especially true if your intention was for the highest good of all. If you become wealthy before your energy and consciousness have reached a certain level, then greater material wealth may only feed your problems — your goal cannot yet manifest for the greatest good of all. But if you first learn to use your energy and consciousness positively, then the greater resources that wealth provides you will be a positive manifestation instead of a negative one.

In truth this is a simple and direct process. But our minds are so cluttered with the flotsam and jetsam of social conditioning that we have a hard time thinking on this level. We get so attached to seeing our goals manifest a certain way because that’s how they manifest in TV shows or in movies. Or maybe that’s how our parents or friends did it. But this attachment to a particular “how” blocks us from allowing our goals to manifest far more easily. If we could loosen up a bit on the “how” and just learn to allow the manifestation to occur in its own perfect way, goal achievement would be far easier.

So often I see people sabotage their own goals because they do not understand the power of intention. Realize that EVERY thought is truly an intention. Every thought. So most people manifest a cluttered mish-mash of conflict in their lives because their thoughts are in conflict. They simultaneously set a goal and then unset it. “I want to start my own business.” “I wonder if it will work.” “I wonder if I’ll succeed.” “Maybe this won’t work.” “Maybe John is right, and this is a mistake.” “No, I’m pretty sure it will work just fine.”

If you are trying to achieve goals on the level of action-reaction, meaning that you’re purely focused on the action steps, while at the higher level of intention-manifestation, you’re putting out conflicting thoughts, then you’re sabotaging yourself. If you go on a diet and exercise like crazy, while all the while thinking, “I’m fat. This is hopeless. This is taking too long,” then your higher level intentions will override your actions, and negative or incongruent results will follow.

If you want to achieve a goal, you must clear out all the “hopefully” and “maybe” and “can’t” nonsense from your consciousness. You cannot allow yourself the luxury of a negative thought, and that is an intention to manifest what you don’t want. This takes practice of course, but it is the essential art of learning to use your consciousness to create what you want. When you are congruent in your thoughts, your goal will manifest with ease. But when you are incongruent in your thoughts, you will manifest conflict and obstacles. As within, so without.

Why is it you’re able to do this? Because you have that power. Not believing in yourself simply means you’re using your own power against yourself. You’re like a god saying, “Let me be powerless,” and you don’t even realize it. If you think/intend weakness, you manifest weakness. If you project your power outside yourself and onto the external world, you lose your power.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to do this. It is a natural human ability. But it takes practice to develop your consciousness to the level where you can apply it and especially to learn to trust it.

What happens if you decide to manifest a really, really big goal, one that seems physically impossible? The process will still work. It’s just that there will be a lot more steps, and you may be lead through various synchronicities for years before you’ve reached the point where your ultimate goal can manifest. It might take longer than your human lifetime if the goal is so big. But you will certainly make progress if you use this approach.

So what is your goal? Say it out loud right now, and let it be for the greatest good of all. Then say to the universe, “Make it so.” Wait for the synchronicities and unusual coincidences to arrive. Follow them where they want to lead you, even if it seems strange at first. Allow your goal to manifest.

Many if not everyone reading this has heard or read of the value of “Goal-Setting”. Goal setting has once again made its way to the forefront of most motivational speakers’ lectures and tape series as well as become the “hot” catchword of many books recently published. The success ratios are staggering for those that have set goals. And along with goal-setting and “stick-to-it-ive-ness” the world has seen and is seeing many “giants”. However there is a not too often spoken of “success ingredient” that we must include in the baking our “wealth-cake” and that is the GIVING principle.

Many of you have heard that “in order to get you must give” and “in order to reap you must sow” or “it takes money to make money” etc. But how many of you really understand the principle of giving? How often have you made giving a condition of your wealth building? Now many religious organizations teach on the principles of tithing. And often times the understanding of the parishioners is one of giving something in hopes of getting something in return, which in my opinion negates the actual principle of giving. That is what is defined as bartering and bartering is not giving, it is exchanging.

GIVING! No expectations of return or payment just plain ole GIVING! I suggest that everyone begin to practice performing spontaneous acts of kindness. Purchase gifts for your down-line, buy Danish for everyone in your office, and give a hearty greeting to a complete stranger. Do anything you can and something everyday for someone while not desiring anything in return.

To those that much is given, much is required. Have you sown million dollar seeds? That is the way to get million dollar crops. Have you sown fifty dollar seeds? That is the way to get fifty dollar crops. Now with the correct attitude (love) your yield can increase ten to one hundred fold. However the yield is not your concern. Focus on the giving of your time, talents and love.

When setting your goals for life you must make sure that you include the ingredient of giving or your success will be haphazard and minimal at best. Include a percentage of your future success to go toward a charity that you are passionate about. Donate time, clothing or any talent you have today to that charity or group. Give!

If you desire to reach your goals…you must be a giver. Look at the lives of your most enlightened successful people and you will find a common thread running through them all…GIVING! Listen to the “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants” series by my good friend Jerry ‘DRhino’ Clark and you will hear givers.

Now grab your goals, dust them off and insert some giving. Because if all of your goals are all about what you can get and what you want then you are simply a “taker in disguise” and “Higher Power” does not reward the takers.

6 Simple Steps To Achieve Your Deepest Desires

It’s been a long time since I played soccer. But I have a passion for it. Everyday I would think that I am making the winning goal from every angle of the field. Then I would also imagine that I’ve won the championship, that I’m also the highest scorer in the game. I would really love to play again, but I’m too busy with my job & other stuffs.

Then the opportunity came when my friends invited me to play. I haven’t been practicing, but I’m making better moves than those who have been playing every day.

What made the difference?

Well, that’s the power of imagination & visualization. If you want to be a doctor, visualize as one. Act like one. Think of what prognosis you’re making, the patient you’re seeing, the operation you’re handling, and the operating room you’re in. Visualize the procedure. Experience the success. Make everything real.

You should also affirm. Believe that you are what you are visualizing. So you want to be a doctor? Tell yourself, "I’m the best doctor in the world." Don’t say to yourself, "I will be the best doctor in the world."

Affirm strongly. Say "I am," not "I will," because "I will" suggests something that will occur only in the future. You have to experience it NOW, not in the future.

You must sink into your subconscious your deepest desire. The subconscious mind can do what the conscious mind cannot. Here’s an exercise.

Get a comfortable & quiet place to rest.

Relax your whole body. Command every part of your body to relax starting from your feet up to your head.

Count back slowly from 20 to 1, where in each count you relax deeper & deeper. Upon reaching 1, you are completely relaxed.

Now affirm your deepest desire. If you want to be a doctor, say," I am the greatest doctor in the world." As you’re saying that, picture yourself to be the best doctor ever, helping every patient you’ve ever met. You may say "I am now explaining to the medical community my methods" or anything that will affirm what you’re conceiving in your mind as of the moment.

After about 10 to 20 minutes of continuous confirmation and visualization, count slowly from 1 to 20. Upon counting, slowly be aware of your surroundings. Feel refreshed and invigorated after doing this exercise.

Repeat this exercise everyday.

What you have just learned is a very powerful technique to greatly enhance the power of visualization & affirmation by imbedding it into the subconscious. What once is nearly impossible to achieve will become easier to reach from now on.

Being clear about and choosing what I want, followed by a firm decision to achieve that outcome, is where freedom and power is available. Yes, decision does mean ‘killing off’ other options!

A great way to think about goals is that, goal setting is ‘making a choice’.

Handwriting my goal, impresses it on my subconscious. Expressing my goal in the affirmative ensures it is a “moving toward” goal rather than something that I am “moving away from”.

It is then vital to make a deliberate decision to accomplish my goal and also to place strong, heartfelt emotions behind a list of benefits that I receive in producing the result.

For the accomplishment of my goal, there are crucial actions that will need to be taken at specific times. Obstacles (real or imagined) will also want contingencies by answering these questions for myself:

What circumstances or conditions may prevent me from achieving this goal? How will I manage each of those?

Writing down and displaying all of the above will serve as signposts to keep me on track, give me deadlines to increase the efficiency of my actions, provide strategies for overcoming blocks and my listed benefits are my personal reminders of why I am taking the actions, for those times that I procrastinate.

I will increase confidence in my ability to obtain what I want when I record and celebrate my personal victories along the way.

Then it’s time to take a first step and continue taking forward steps.

Before you are going to do something, there is nothing as sensible as goal planning. A plan as we know it is something thought about and chalked out in advance before the real action takes place and is actually a recipe for success. Pretty good definition, huh? I made it up myself.

But then, the word ‘plan’ does not need much of a definition. It has been used so much that it has become quite hackneyed. So, we all know what it means, but how many of us really resort to planning before we start a course of action.

No, I’m not referring to a mental picture that we chart out in our minds that is in one word, vague. I mean a real plan in black and white, that is, put down on a piece of paper. Please do not underestimate the importance of a written down plan. Once we write down something it clears up a lot of hazy areas and opens aspects that we probably overlooked.

And the most important of all is that with a plan and only with a plan can we get a rough estimate at least, of how much time the course of action would take. Plans should always be time bound and there we get the relation between time management and planning. In fact, planning is as fundamental to time management as organizing and prioritizing. The advantages of planning are given below.

The advantages of planning

  • Planning helps us to have a better idea about the course of action that we propose to take.

  • Planning better defines the course of action that we propose to undertake.
  • Planning gives a rough estimate of the time required for a project.
  • Planning gives us a fairly good idea about the expenses involved in the project. In fact a budget is also a plan, a financial plan.
  • Planning helps us to get prepared for emergencies that may arise during the course of the project.
  • A well though about plan gives us a clear idea about what is to be done every day, every week and every month.
  • Planning helps avoid duplication of labor.
  • If a plan is followed, every one will have a clear idea about his or her role.
  • A point that I would like to add while we are talking about planning is, we should have both short term plans as well as long term strategy plans. At the same time we should also try to draft out contingency plans to deal with a crisis if it arises. There are lots of good free planning resources online. Just try a search and you’ll have a long list of sites to choose from.

I thought it would be useful for you to have a brief overview of the different steps involved in planning.

    The steps in planning are

    • Set objectives

  • Assess you present situation
  • Survey your alternatives
  • Decide on the course of action
  • Provide for control
  • Implement the plan
  • But whatever be the plan, I again want to stress the point that a plan should always be time bound. As the project moves along, the plan should be flexible in the sense that it should incorporate any changes that might prove necessary once the project is put into action.

What exactly do we mean by a goals program? Well for one thing we don’t mean, is to just set some goals that never get accomplished anyway. Could you pray tell what in the hell is the use setting the stupid things if you don’t intended to do anything with them?

It’s not that people don’t intend to do anything, it’s just with life’s little ups and downs they seemed to get pushed to the back burner or worse, you lose all your desire to get to the level that you have always had your heart to turn this ship around so that we can make it to the next level, that we had envisioned as a young adult.

How can we get that fire back you may be asking yourself? Not to worry the thing that will get you back in the saddle is a goals program. Where we go from point a to z and show you how to set yourself up for victory and start to get back on track to where you were years ago and rekindle that burning desire that you so greatly need to make it to the upper echelon of society. The place we all belong at and it is within our grasp if you only dare to set up your goals program and get down to business!

How do I set up a goals program, you may be asking yourself? Well one thing it’s not and that is a new year’s resolution, a promise to a spouse or close relative. If you have done any of those thing throw away the slate and get ready to start a new one because if this thing is set up right you will surly be on your way to a new landing “the place you have always wanted to be” yet somehow it has just barely eluded you and your loved ones.

How would it make you feel to tell everyone you know that you are now finically independent and that you make your own hours and drive the car you choose not the one that you can afford? It would feel great wouldn’t it hold that feeling tight while you set those goals, keep the vision of you succeeding in your mind. I mean never, never let these pictures out of your head, eat sleep and stay focused to the dream that is going to become a reality.

How do we go about the fact to start a goals program? It sounds so complex, don’t worry before we are done you will be a goal setter extraordinaire. First you need to list the things that you really, really, really want. Once we know what it is we want then we need to do a brainstorming session. This is were you put all your hopes and desires down on paper as fast as you can write them, don’t worry if you end up with fifty pages that really doesn’t matter?

What matters is the fact that you put your mind in overdrive and you shoot out answers, dreams, hopes that you know are your true goals as you should have put feeling in this exercise and if you didn’t then go back and do your rapid fire session again and get those creative juices flowing! Sit back and know your mind will spit out some of the best ideas and goals that you have ever had, you know why?

You put feeling into this exercise, you were frustrated with the current system and you were looking for a better way to get close to all your dreams, which up till this point had eluded you in an ever increasing pain body that covered up your real self and put an imposter at the wheel.

Ok now that we have all our ideas down on paper go through and find the ones that you feel you must absolutely get them done and pronto. First of all you are going to pick five of the goals and work on those until you have accomplished those goals and let’s say you have three done and you are stuck on two, then work on them for no more than two months and if by this time you have not achieved those two put them back in the list but put them at the bottom of the list.

Chances are that those two may not have been in your best interest so don’t sweat it, you still received victory on three of the goals and that is very impressive indeed! Pat yourself on the back you deserve it. Let me tell you start with the goal that’s the easiest to complete, because when you get that first one down you will gain some much needed confidence in yourself and this will surly add to your self esteem and in turn give you some added belief in yourself.

This can never be measured in gold. Then when you have all the ones you want done on the first list you should by now have some confidence and this in turn will add to your ever growing ability to move forward when things are just plain tough, yet you somehow get results and this just makes you smile. The next step is to get together with your mastermind group. What is a mastermind group you are asking yourself?

It is a group of close friends or experts in your field of endeavor, who have agreed to be on your ideas team. You get your six most trusted and highly regarded people to together once a week to brainstorm ideas and you all together will spit out some goals for your business, your life, what ever you choose the topic will be and you may only get five ideas a week and that’s ok.

Now it’s up to you to you follow through and start the goals system all over again. Only this time you will take the best idea out of the five and work on implementing it in any way you see fit. Now do you see how a goals program is so very different then just saying you are going to do this or that, there is some structure and it’s this structure that will hold the whole goals program together when the going get tough. All I can say is goals yeah baby goals!

    With Much Love,

What is the right thing I need to do to bring forth my desires?

What actions do I need to take Now?

Am I doing the right thing or the wrong thing?

These are the questions that most of us constantly ask ourselves in the mind. Most of the time, we are asking unconsciously.

We are constantly judging what we are doing, because we are afraid of making mistakes. Let me now show you how to choose the right action that will lead you to your ultimate goals.

First of all, let’s discuss …

    **The root of all procrastination**

Very often, people tell me "I have studied all the theories of success and read all the self improvement books, but I still don’t know what to do."

Then they end up doing nothing, and getting no results.

No matter how many books you read, how many tapes you listened to, and how many seminars you attend, if you don’t take any action, you won’t have any result. Action creates result. You can’t change this fact.

Inaction leads to endless procrastination, and ultimately, leads to failure.

You must understand that no matter how bad the situation is, you can always take some action to improve it right now, even just a little improvement. If you can not imagine how to make 1 million dollars, just make a commitment to make 100 dollars first. You might have heard of this phrase "CANI", It represents constant-and-never-ending-improvement. Success is a journey, not a destination. This journey is about improvement. As long as you are making some kind of improvement, you are leading to success.

Now you know you need to take some kind of actions,

    then…

    **What is the right action?**

The answer is to ask your intuition. Your intuition will never fool you because it is the message from the higher intelligence. Your intuition always knows what is right and what is wrong.

Do you remember when I said that feelings and emotions are the language of the universe? They are also the messages from the higher intelligence of the universe. When you feel a positive emotion, the universe is telling you that you are doing well, keep on doing; When you are receiving a negative emotion, the universe is warning you that you are not aligned with your ultimate purpose, or life mission. You need to correct your action. This is the way the universe communicates with you.

Before taking any action, ask yourself " How will this make me feel once I have accomplished this action?"

Most of the time, your intuiting will give you immediate feedback, you either receive a positive or negative emotion.

Listen to your intuition, and do what makes you feel good, don’t worry about making mistakes, because…

**Everything is in its divine order**

One of the most stubborn road block to success is fear of failure, or fear of making mistakes.

To completely remove this road block, you must accept a belief that everything is in divine order.

Look back at your life of the past 10 years. Did you make any mistakes? Sure you did, but without that mistake, would you have the life you are living now? If you can look deeply, you will find that mistake had inevitably created some coincidence that leads to your present life. There is always a connection between everything happening in your life. That mistake is part of your life journey that should not be missed, then why did you worry at that time?

After my university entrance examination, I did not get a chance to join an old brand university that I loved very much. Most people that know me felt pity for me, but I did not care, I joined a university of my second choice. Just one month after joining that university, I was offered a scholarship to study abroad in a much better university than my first choice university. Best of all, I did not spend a single dime on my tertiary education, even my everyday spending was covered by that scholarship. I would never have had this chance if I had joined my first choice university. Is this only a coincidence? I don’t believe that, I believe every thing is in its divine order, in my life, nothing ever goes wrong.

If you want more of this kind of coincidence happen in your life, repeat this everyday when you feel doubt.

"Everything is in its divine order; in my life, nothing ever goes wrong"

To sum up, you need to make a small improvement everyday. Before taking any action, think of the feelings it will bring to you, and make the right choice based on your feelings. Then just do it, and believe you are doing the right thing because everything is in divine order.

    To your success.

When you were about 18 months old, you probably conducted research on the law of gravity. Again and again, you dropped things from your high chair to see if they’d fall to the floor every time. You found that things didn’t stay where you put them. They always flew to the ground. These early experiments were essential to the practice of your day-to-day functioning, from learning to walk to throwing a ball.

You didn’t know you were experimenting with a basic law of physics. In fact, it used to be that none of humanity knew about the law of physics. Once we became conscious of it, though, we conducted the advanced experiments that eventually allowed us to use the law of gravity to fly and to orbit our planet. Just as Gravity is a law in physics, Attraction is a law in metaphysics, which simply means, "beyond physics."

The Law of Attraction can be stated a number of ways. From the Thought Movement of 2000 years ago, "As a man thinks, so he is," and "It is done unto you as you believe." From the New Thought movement begun in the early 20th century, we hear, "Thoughts in mind produce after their kind." And Wayne Dyer is just one of many modern teachers to say, "You become what you think about all day long."

If you’re a student of personal growth or success, chances are that you’ve heard of the law of attraction. Before you learned about it, you didn’t realize you’d been conducting experiments on that law, just like you used to play with gravity. Now, you have the opportunity to conduct these experiments consciously, to use the law of attraction on purpose, so that you can experience abundant life.

One method for working with the law of attraction is to take a good look at the experiences you draw into your life. And no, you are not single-handedly responsible for natural disasters. I’m talking about your own life, today. What sorts of people populate your days? Are you having the kinds of experiences you want?

The law of attraction teaches us that we must create the mental equivalent of the life we want, before we see it take shape in front of us. We don’t have to spin our wheels trying to force solutions in our outer life. As we practice building up the mental equivalent in consciousness, the law of attraction works to draw to us exactly the people, information, materials, and any other raw materials needed to create the experiences we want to have.

If there is something you don’t want, but it consistently comes into your life, there is a mental equivalent for it in your consciousness. If it is done unto you as you believe, and you keep having experiences where you feel taken advantage of, then that is evidence that you believe in having that sort of experience. Either you believe you deserve it, or you believe that it’s inevitable. You can choose to live in a new truth, something like, "All of my interactions contribute to the highest good of all."

This doesn’t mean you master this law and negative situations will never come knocking on your door. This simply means you can learn how not to invite them into your house and life! Using the law of attraction as a conscious adult, you can, with patience and persistence, create a wonderful new experience of life.

In today’s fast paced competitive world we tend to rush from one point to the next. Learning to ‘multitask’ is beneficial for your assistant, but can be deadly to the successes you are endeavoring to achieve. When you look at successful people you know or have learned about you immediately recognize that they are genuinely, singly focused on their objective. Coming to the realization that you need to steadfastly focus on your ultimate goal is only the beginning.

So what is the next step? Picture yourself with the prize! No matter how silly or how trivial you may think it is, the simple act of creating a visual image of yourself having successfully achieved your objective and looking at it every day can purposely effect an observable sense of success. If your ambition is to be the top sales rep for your company or become the champion of the Indy 500, make it a fact in your mind; accept no excuses.

Now that you have that winning posture displayed on your bathroom mirror, on the partition of your cubicle or somewhere you will notice it often throughout the day; are you prepared to truly commit to win?

To be successful you must persistently remain focused on your goal. Easy for me to say but hard for you to do, you might sincerely believe. Do you think that you’re not special enough to literally make your dream a reality? Even the slightest doubt can steel your prize away. Often in life we are thrown off track by this obstacle or that challenge. It is when you allow ‘things’ to get in your way that you loose your central focus. Take your example from the hurdler, jump over it and keep going.

Think, eat and sleep success! Commit to win! As you set about making your dream a reality you will come across naysayers that will try to steal your vision. Turn and run; don’t look back!

If you are in sales you’ve probably heard of the ‘Law of Averages’. What is being referred to here is the ‘Law of Large Numbers’. This law states that everything will ultimately ‘average out’ or ‘what goes around, come around’. Therefore, if you are steadfastly endeavoring to be the number one salesperson, don’t be thwarted by those that say ‘no’. Look at each and every ‘no’ as one less that you need to get in order to achieve a ‘yes’. After each and every ‘no’ look up at the sky, snap your fingers and cry ‘NEXT!’

Now, discipline and skill will be the tools you need to acquire. Even the most successful person you know, initially began their journey with exactly the same chance of success as you have now. They, likely, sought out a mentor, someone who could adequately supply them with effective training and hone their skills until they too could achieve their goal. Do you really want a coach that will embrace you and tell you how wonderful you are or one that hones your ability and fervently incites you to be the best you can be? Embrace your failures; learn from your mistakes and steadfastly determine to accept nothing but victory.

These are all essential steps to achieve ultimate success. Omitting or ‘short-cutting’ just one of them can significantly hamper your success journey. Whether ballroom dancer or business owner, training for the Olympics or learning a profession, the one that walks away with the ‘gold’ is the one that is decisively committed to win. I challenge you to formally establish your goal, envision yourself as having successfully achieved it and commit to win!
